4. REFUND DEDUCTIONS
For any approved refund, standard mandatory processing and transactional charges will be deducted from the paid amount:
- Payment Gateway Fee: 2% of the paid amount
- Administrative Processing Fee: 5% of the paid amount
The remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method or applicable payment gateway provider.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES
If your refund is approved, it will be initiated through the original payment gateway. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement typically ranges between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
