All video lessons, proprietary methodologies, curriculum documents, graphics, downloadable prompt libraries, and digital training materials provided on IntelliSkool are the exclusive intellectual property of IntelliSkool PVT LTD. Enrolled students are granted a non-transferable, single-user license for personal educational use only. You may not re-sell, redistribute, record, stream, or publicly upload any content without explicit written consent.
3. ACCOUNT INTEGRITY & ACCESS
Each user account is strictly for individual use. Account credentials must not be shared across multiple individuals. IntelliSkool reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating single-user integrity without refund.
4. COURSE ACCESS & MODIFICATIONS
Enrolled students receive access to purchased programs as outlined at the time of purchase. IntelliSkool continually updates its curricula to reflect industry developments in AI, creator workflows, and digital business tools. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or enhance lesson content as technologies evolve.
5. EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER
IntelliSkool teaches actionable, high-value digital skills. However, individual income, career growth, and business revenue depend entirely on personal discipline, execution, skill level, market conditions, and client negotiations. We make no guaranteed income promises.
6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms and all transactions through IntelliSkool are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
